We are going to have a ton of these comps available at FEST registration in CD form. But for those of you that can’t make it to FEST or are just incredibly impatient, you can download this comp for FREE at http://thefestfl.com/fest7/download/

This comp is brought to you by No Idea Records and Imprint Indie Printing

This download is kind of large and there are a lot of you so please be patient if this is a bit slow at first.

Hey Everyone,
We are sad as sad can be today to announce that it is true, Dead to Me have to cancel FEST 7. They were super cool and called me this weekend on speaker phone and expressed how bummed they were to not being here. It was a very big blow since I not only personally love Dead to Me’s music but equally if not more so LOVE them as people. They are like the cousin’s you get to see once a year at he family reunion that you are so excited to see and get in trouble with. They will be missed and we will have to pour a little out in their absence. You can read below what they have had to say:

I can’t tell you how sad it makes us to inform you that we are not able to play THE FEST 7 later this month. Jack is about to be a father and needs to be around for his soon to be born son. I tried convincing him that Floyd kinda looks like a baby and maybe Jack could practice changing diapers and holding Floyd like a baby in a gigantic baby bjorn in Gainesville… but he insisted on staying home for, “The real deal”. Can’t say I blame him really.

I have no word yet on who’ll take their place since it is so last minute but looking into some good friends. I will keep you posted.

To see why we would miss these boys so much check out a song from their performance last year over at Nationalunderground.com. Chicken’s true love for THE FEST still makes be tear up a bit . I think I should just have that for the intro to the guidebook this year!!!

Bummer,
